As "Responsible Charge", Mr. Vitale, President & Chief Engineer, delivers
EMF lectures and presentations to school districts and corporations
regarding
perceived threat and public health issues, presents professional EMF
training seminars, performs EMF surveys, designs shielding/cancellation
systems and directs research activities. He has established a working
relationship with federal agencies (EPA, FCC, DOE, NIESH) responsible
for EMF health and policy issues. Besides his EMF expertise, Mr. Vitale
has more than 25 years of program management, systems engineering,
software development and electronic design experience in several
other technical
disciplines including biomedical engineering; military command, control
and communications systems (C3S); and, broadcast television systems.
During his career, Mr. Vitale has held senior technical
management positions with Booz • Allen & Hamilton in Washington,
D.C., National Broadcasting Company (NBC) in New York City, UNISYS in
New York and Mercury Middle East in the United Kingdom and Kuwait. As
President of a biomedical research and development company, he invented
and designed a battery powered, portable, microprocessor controlled electrocardiograph
(ECG) monitor called the VitaScope. Mr. Vitale has a B.S.E.E. in Electrical
Engineering from the University of Florida and studied biochemistry and
medieval history at the State University of New
York
at Stony Brook.
He has an inactive Top Secret clearance and published numerous EMF articles
and technical papers.
Davidson A. Scott, P.E., Vice-President of Engineering
Mr. Scott is the Vice-President of Engineering at VitaTech. He is
responsible for RF engineering/RF design, radio frequency exposure
analysis and modeling, alternative RF siting options (Stealth, DAS,
Microcell),
microwave design, non-ionizing electromagnetic radiation analysis,
intermodulation/interference analysis, zoning and municipal cellular/RF
systems analysis and presentations.
His past experience includes: Sprint PCS, Senior RF Design Engineer,
Department of Defense, CA/VA, Electronics Engineer (RF Systems/Sensors/Low
observables), Department of Defense, Edwards, CA, Supervisory Engineer
(RF and Computer systems), USAF Active Duty (2LT-CPT), Edwards AFB,
CA. He received a M.S. in Systems Engineering, 1995 from Virginia
Polytechnic Institute and State University; B.S., Electrical Engineering,
1985
from
Virginia Military Institute. He is a registered Professional Engineer
in CA, VA, MD, NC, FL & NY pending). He holds a Top Secret, SSBI.
Joshua Welling, Director of Operations
Joshua Welling is Director of Operations for VitaTech. He is responsible for all shielding projects,(from contract bids, procuring materials, hiring labor and meeting with cilents and discussing their shielding needs). He is responsible
for the collection of EMI/RFI site survey data, generating detailed
graphics from the data and presenting
these findings to our Engineers for assessments and recommendations.
Prior to joining VitaTech, Mr. Welling was a superintendent for a
technical security company. He has ran various size jobs ranging from
the
large, (Washington DC Metro Transit System Fire and Intrusion upgrade,)
to the small (installation of CCTV’s projects.) Mr. Welling
has also managed various projects in Northern Virginia, Maryland
and Washington
DC. In addition to his management background, Mr. Welling also has
an eight-year background in technical security. Mr. Welling has numerous
certifications, ranging from Licensed Security Technician with the
Department of Criminal Services (DCJS), Ccure and ISTAR Certified,
Basis/Lenel Certified and Level 1 Certification; National Institute
Certification of Engineering Technologies (NICET). Mr. Welling has
an active Top Secret Clearance and holds a 10 hour OSHA Construction certification.
Robert Welling, Senior Project Manager

Mr. Welling is a Senior Program Manager at VitaTech responsible for managing onsite EMF shielding projects and procurement of EMF Shielding contracts. Mr. Welling has more than 33 years of construction management experience working in commercial, residential and electromagnetic shielding construction. He has successfully managed construction projects up to $5.2 million and retail sales departments with $92 million in annual sales. At VitaTech, Mr. Welling coordinates EMF shielding projects and the various skilled trades and craftsmen, architects, engineers, inspectors, clients, management and staff necessary to complete these projects on-time and within budget. He is extremely proficient in contract negotiations, construction estimating, plan reviewing, purchasing, and management.
Jessica Vitale, Manager of Business
Development
Jessica Vitale is the Manager of Business Development for VitaTech
Engineering. She attended Florida Atlantic University from
2003-2006 and studied Marketing and Criminal Justice. She graduated
from
Florida Atlantic University in December 2006 with a B.A. in
Criminal Justice. She was previously the Assistant Site Coordinator
at
the University of Oklahoma's Crystal City, VA location for
graduate studies before moving to Florida to complete her degree.
Mr. Slonka is an EMF Technician and Simulation Programmer at
VitaTech. Greg is responsible for the collection of EMI/RFI
site survey data, generating graphics from the data and presenting
these findings to our Engineers for assessments and recommendations.
Greg models and generates EMF simulations using our state-of-the-art
EMF software (i.e., Ansoft, and other specialized programs),
then presents these simulations to our Engineers for review,
assesssment and shield designs. Mr. Slonka recently simulated
the ELF magnetic field emissions emanating from the primary
feeders,
spot network
protectors,
transformers, secondary feeders, switchgears, risers, and busways
for several high-profile projects
in New York City. Greg attended Virginia Tech
and
Northern
Virginia
Community
College
and is
close to
completion
of his
degree.
Kimberly Gunzinger, Office Manager
Ms. Gunzinger is the Office Manager at VitaTech. Kim
is responsible for organizing and supervising all of the administrative
activities at VitaTech. Kim has recently graduated from George Mason
University with a BA in Psychology.
Kim is planning to attend graduate school to study Clinical Psychology to pursue a career in Forensic Psychology as a Criminal Profiler.
Jason Chong, Project Manager
Jason Chong is a Project Manager for VitaTech. He is responsible for the collection of EMI/RFI site survey data, generating detailed graphics from the data and presenting these findings to our Engineers for assessments and recommendations. Prior to joining VitaTech, Mr. Chong worked as a Principal of Good Wood Development, LLC, which is a real estate Development Company. He worked directly with brokers, engineers, architects, bankers and tenants to develop, construct and lease retail/commercial property in Tooele City, Utah. He was also Construction Superintendent at Lennar Corporation in Chantilly, Virginia, building model homes for a new 800 home development project while managing the construction schedule, subcontractors, and warranty issues with homeowners. In 2005 Mr. Chong worked for Orion Management installing Fire Alarms and Intrusion Detection systems for the Washington Metro Area Transit Authority as a part of Homeland Security. Mr. Chong is fluent in Spanish, holds a 10 hour OSHA Construction certification and has a B.A. in Arts/English from Brigham Young University.
Mark Skolnik, Project Manager
Mr. Skolnik is responsible for managing on-site AC ELF/DC magnetic and RF shielding projects within the United States and around the world for VitaTech Engineering. He has more than 20 years of construction management experience with the U.S. Navy and commercial companies in the New York and Pennsylvania areas. He holds a 30 hour OSHA certificate and was trained by the U.S. Navy in construction management. Recently he worked on our East River Science Project AC ELF magnetic shielding project in New York City, New York, the University of Notre Dame AC ELF and RF shielding project in South Bend, Indiana, and an AC ELF shielding project at Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) in Stamford, Connecticut.
IN MEMORIAM
Larry Moore, Construction Supervisor
Mr. Moore joined VitaTech in 2000. He was responsible for coordinating
and supervising the installation of all EMF, EMI and RFI shielding
projects throughout the United
States. Larry installed over forty (40) shielding systems during his career
at VitaTech and we were very grateful for his commitment to technical excellance
and hard work.
He
had
over
thirty
years
experience
in
both
residential and commercial construction. His extensive construction experience,
work ethic, moral decency
and "greater than life" personality made him a
valuable
resource
for everyone at VitaTech Engineering. We will all miss him. Larry passed away
on
October
31,
2007 several days after his 50th birthday.
